CAMPAIGN REGULATION
ExitLag 50% OFF + Free Discord Nitro Basic
This promotional campaign is carried out by EXITLAG LLC, headquartered at 7345 West Sand Lake Road, STE 210, Orlando, FL 32819, under the trade name “ExitLag”, hereinafter referred to simply as the “PROMOTER”. The campaign is valid exclusively for new subscriptions of the Annual Solo plan and Upgrades: Monthly solo and Quarterly solo plans.
1. CAMPAIGN PERIO
June 1, 2026, at 12:00 UTC-0 (Greenwich Mean Time) to July 1, 2026, at 23:59 UTC-0 (Greenwich Mean Time). During this period, the promotional conditions will be available as described below.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. The campaign is valid only for the first subscription of the Annual Solo plan and Upgrades: Monthly solo and Quarterly solo plans, not applying to automatic renewals.
2.2. This offer is not cumulative with other coupons, discounts, or ongoing promotions offered by the Promoter.
2.3. This offer is valid exclusively for subscriptions made through the official ExitLag website (www.exitlag.com).
2.4. Subscriptions made through the website www.exitlag.com grant the right to use the ExitLag desktop software, as well as the ExitLag application for iOS and Android devices.
2.5. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Play Store grant access exclusively to the ExitLag application.
2.6. The availability of the Discord Nitro Basic access key is subject to technical, legal, or regulatory restrictions in force in the user's country of residence or registration, over which ExitLag has no control. In case of doubts regarding the availability of the benefit in your region, consult the official Discord channels directly.
3. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
3.1. Promotional Pricing Information: The values presented “PER MONTH” are merely illustrative and demonstrative, intended to indicate the savings when choosing each plan. They are calculated by dividing the total subscription value by the number of months included in the plan.
3.2. The current value of the individual monthly subscription plan is considered the calculation basis for determining the offer.
3.3. Annual Solo Desktop Plan: Subscribe for 12 months and pay for only 6 months: The subscriber makes the payment for 6 (six) months and receives 12 months of access. The monthly value displayed on the pricing page is illustrative only, calculated based on the division of the total by 12 (twelve) months, to facilitate understanding of the savings offered. However, the payment is made in a single installment corresponding to the 6 (six) months.
3.4. Coupon: Offer valid upon application of the HOME coupon or promotional coupons defined by the Promoter. The benefit may not be used in conjunction with other applicable promotions or discounts.
3.5. Discord Nitro Basic access key: Users who adhere to the offer will be entitled to 01 (one) free access key (code) for Discord Nitro Basic, valid for 30 (thirty) days of access. The aforementioned key may be redeemed 01 (one) time per user.
Users who already have an active Discord Nitro Basic subscription will be able to redeem the code normally. The 30 (thirty) free days benefit will be added to the current subscription. At the end of the 30 (thirty) days period, the Discord Nitro Basic benefit will end automatically.
3.6 – Availability and Redemption of Promotional Keys
The Discord Nitro Basic promotional keys will be made available to eligible participants starting on June 8, 2026, and will not be delivered immediately upon purchase of the offer.
After the promotional key becomes available, the participant must follow the redemption process described in Section 6 of these Terms and Conditions.
4. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS
4.1. The following plans and categories participate in the campaign:
Eligible Plan: Annual Solo and Upgrades: Monthly solo and quarterly solo plans.
Ineligible Plans: Monthly, Quarterly, Duo, Squad, Trial, ISP, and Pre-Paid
4.2. How to check if I am eligible? The ExitLag system will automatically verify your eligibility when you try to redeem the code. If you do not meet the criteria, it will not be possible to redeem the access key.
5. PROMOTIONAL VALUE The promotional values applied to subscriptions during the campaign will be based on the table currently in effect on the ExitLag Pricing page and may vary according to the customer's region and currency.
6. STEP-BY-STEP TO REDEEM THE DISCORD NITRO BASIC ACCESS KEY Promotional codes will be made available by ExitLag during the campaign period or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.
To redeem your code:
Open the ExitLag software.
Log in to your account.
Access the Benefits area.
Click on Discord Nitro Basic.
Generate your exclusive promotional code.
Access the Discord platform and log in to your account. If you do not have an account yet, you will need to create one directly on the Discord platform.
Locate the Gift Inventory icon available on the platform and click on the icon to open the promotional code insertion area.
Paste the code previously redeemed in the ExitLag Benefits area into the indicated field.
Confirm the activation of the code.
After activating the code, the user can access the provided promotional item and enjoy 30 (thirty) free days of Discord Nitro Basic.
6.1. Limitations and Restrictions
The current breakdown of limitations by country is as follows:
Fully restricted: Mainland China, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Russia, and Turkey.
Can I use more than one code? No. Each user may redeem only one code per account on ExitLag.
How many redemptions are available? The promotion is limited until supplies run out.
IMPORTANT:
The sale or transfer of the code will be considered a violation of the terms of this promotion. In these cases, ExitLag reserves the right to cancel the code and suspend or permanently terminate the offending user's account, with no right to a refund.
The user will have 240 (two hundred and forty) hours to redeem the access key after purchase. Once this period expires, they will lose the promotional right.
7. DATA COLLECTED The data provided by the participants will be used exclusively for the execution of the campaign, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
8.1. By adhering to the campaign, the customer fully accepts the terms and conditions of this regulation.
8.2. The Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time, without prior notice, through publication on the official ExitLag website.
8.3. In the event of discrepancies, the decisions of the organizing committee will be final and not subject to appeal.
8.4. Can the promotion be canceled? ExitLag reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, without prior notice.
8.5. Does this promotion have a monetary value? This Discord Nitro Basic access key has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services.
8.6. Can I cancel my account or refund the amount after redeeming? The redemption of the Discord Nitro Basic access key is conditional upon maintaining the ExitLag subscription for the contracted period.
8.7. Once the key is redeemed: it will not be possible to request the cancellation or refund of the subscription, as the promotional benefit will have already been delivered and consumed.
8.8. After redeeming the key, the responsibility for the proper use and enjoyment of the benefit lies with the user, removing the responsibility of ExitLag for the improper use of the promotional gift.
