When and where can I redeem the codes?
Codes will be available 8 days after purchase in your ExitLag account:
- Go to Prepaid Codes > Benefit Prepaid Code
- Then access them under Prepaid Codes > My Codes
Can I use the codes if I already have an active plan?
No. You must not have an active plan to redeem the codes. If you already have a subscription, you must wait for it to expire.
What happens if I request a refund?
All codes granted as part of this promotion will be automatically canceled in case of a refund or fraud.
Is the 50% discount valid for any plan?
No. The 50% discount applies only to new Annual Plan subscriptions.
Users upgrading from another plan will receive the codes, but not the 50% discount.
Does using a coupon always grant the 90 days?
Only if used on the Annual Plan.
Using a coupon on other plans will not grant the 3 prepaid codes.
